- Highlight the positive
aspects of the position that you like and reinforce your experience and
desire for the job to be highly effective.
- Write a first draft and

consultant review it with you for extra insight.
- Stay in contact with your
Executech personnel
consultant afterwards and get the necessary feedback so that you may
improve your interviewing skill.
- In the event that you
receive another offer or interview with another company, keep your
Executech consultant
informed, so that all parties are knowledgeable of the event.
- Always focus on the
positives.
- Reference other
material for your interview preparation. Obviously, the more
interviewing preparation and research that you do, the better your
performance and knowledge of the interview process will be. There are
hundreds of books and articles on the subject and available at your
local library or bookstore.
